Today's headshots are done so that the eyes sparkle and reveal an enjoyment in the experience. Modern lighting and reflective surfaces are quickly set up at the location of your preference. Printing is available, as are downloads.

SESSION AGREEMENT
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Booking fees are non-refundable, as they are a guarantee that we will be available to you on a specified date. Deposits are partially refundable if we are able to recover fees spent on your bahalf. Also changes to schedule require a 48 hour advance notice, and are subject to availability.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of the final client, with display rights to summerlinportrait.com on its website and for promotional use.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client can obtain digital jpg. files and prints for company use only, and shall not sell said files or prints or authorize any reproduction of said images, unless for the company's use. Any changes to this policy must be negotiated in advance and will necessitate additional charges. No RAW images will be provided, unless negotiated in advance, due to file size considerations.
